2. Returns accepted for 14 working days from the date of invoice
3. Returns accepted for 30 days from the date of invoice
On arbitration between buyers & brands
1. Picture of packaging - before shipment will be collected from brands
2. Picture of products received will be collected from buyers
3. Will help arbitrate returns meeting the above criteria chosen by brands
Once a return is approved by the brand, customer will receive
• 100% refund of invoice amount - for any defective/damaged products
• 80% refund of invoice amount - if the return is for any other reason
